Finding the right training course

To help find the right training course for you, our courses are grouped into subject categories. All course outlines include information on the objectives, skills gained, course content, pre-requisite courses, follow-on courses, similar courses and course schedule. We have also included the delivery method, as some of our training courses are available in a variety of formats e.g. Tutor Led, CDROM etc.

Search Hints and Tips

  • Phrase Searches

Search for complete phrases by enclosing them in quotation marks. Words enclosed in double quotes ("like this") will appear together in all results exactly as you have entered them.

For example, to search for a Course named Communication and Interpersonal Skills Programme, just type "Communication and Interpersonal Skills Programme". This search is particularly useful if you already know the course title.

  • "OR" Searches

To retrieve pages that include either Course A or Course B, use an uppercase OR between terms.

For example, to search for a Course in either Communication or Internet, just type: communication OR internet
