MSP™ and Programme Management
We deliver a wide range of accredited courses in association with AFA (examined and non-examined) centred around the UK Government sponsored practices of PRINCE2™ Project Management, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP™) and Management of Risk (M_o_R®).
MSP™ (Managing Successful Programmes) comprises a set of principles and processes for use when managing a programme. It was devised for the OGC (Office of Government Commerce) and was founded upon best practice and a body of knowledge drawn together from many years of real life experience.
