CSL's consultant teams have taken part in competitive tendering activities, from either the customer or supplier points of view, since the mid 1980s.
Our experience in both the public and private sectors, in UK and abroad, has shown the need to provide good quality training in the art of directing, managing, constructing, drafting and reviewing competitive tenders or bids.
Equally, there is a great deal of skill required to review and mark tenders as, or on behalf of, the customer. The methodology used must meet legal requirements and be auditable to show complete fairness and professionalism to all parties involved.
CSL Training Division now offers a growing range of training courses to meet these needs, coupled with the software tools needed to support these methodologies.
