Subject Matter Experts
The provision of high quality Subject Matter Experts is a key ingredient of CSL's bespoke consultancy services. We have in excess of 750 specialist freelance consultants available to us whose experience covers many disciplines.
To manage and access the knowledge and expertise of this wide range of specialists, we have developed our own in-house database and information retrieval system which is capable of matching consultants to requirements in a minute or less, and retrieving relevant information on their experience and availability, including their CV, within a few minutes more.
Where appropriate, we organise consultants within custom-built teams operating under our ISO 9001 accredited project management and QA systems to meet our clients' specific needs. We are equally happy meeting requirements for individual experts, and can accommodate requirements for expertise ranging from a few hours work to many days.
