The Company's services are constantly developing as the business grows, and its access to a wide range of consultants from many disciplines allows CSL to custom-build consultant teams to meet most requirements. In general, its services break down as follows:
Business Division
This Division centres on tailored support to businesses of all types including Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs). CSL’s experienced business consultants assist organisations in both the public and private sectors in the UK and overseas, providing tailored support including business planning and all aspects of management, finance, marketing and human resources.
Defence Division
This Division of the business covers defence work in the UK and for NATO. (No defence assignments are undertaken outside the NATO area, and most are for the UK MOD).
Training Division
We offer a fully comprehensive range of training course throughout the UK, in areas including Leadership, Management and Personal Development.
In association with AFA (an Accredited Training Organisation), we also deliver training courses around the UK Government sponsored practices
of PRINCE2™ Project Management, Managing Successful Programmmes (MSP)
and Management of Risk (M_o_R®).
