The CSL consultant body includes many with a marketing background across a wide range of disciplines, and most have appropriate marketing qualifications and memberships. We have a successful track record of marketing strategy development and the preparation of marketing plans for our clients.
Within each marketing strategy there will be a number of strands, often comprising, for example, individual marketing plans for each of the various market segments in which our client is operating. In addition, there may be plans for the penetration of new markets and for the development of exports to countries outside the home market.
Our services are tailored to the needs of our clients, large or small, so we are equally at home developing whole marketing strategies with our client as with the preparation of smaller scale marketing plans for particular markets. In all cases, our role is interactive with our client to ensure full ownership of strategies and plans by those who will implement them.
