Project Support Services

Competent and focussed project support is the key to the success of many projects, complex and otherwise, in a wide variety of fields in both the public and private sectors. CSL clients are engaged in activities such as the specification and procurement of new systems, the delivery of systems, reports and other services. CSL consultants include experienced project support staff, some of whom are former service officers and technical specialists who have taken part in major defence and civil contracts. Others have supported major projects in the private sector, including PFI/PPP projects. CSL therefore offers a tailored project support service for many different types of project, and has supplied Project Support Teams ranging in size from 1 to 15 consultants.
