Origin & Development
CSL was founded in 1992 as a small Partnership and became a Limited Company registered in UK in 1995. It is privately owned and entirely self-financing, having enjoyed profitable growth for many years. The Company has a small number of employees, and concentrates on optimising performance and cost-effectiveness of its growing numbers of freelance consultants.
The business occupies office premises in a former mill building in Stroud, Gloucestershire dating from the mid 1800s. This has provided room for expansion and includes modern communications facilities, an expandable computer network and appropriate security measures for more sensitive work. From the outset, the Company has invested in people, training and equipment to provide an efficient, but compact business headquarters.
The business continues to flourish by striving to be outward-looking, and welcomes a steady stream of high quality new consultants to its ranks as its reputation grows. CSL has a successful track record of providing consultancy and training services in the UK to commercial clients, central and local government, healthcare and defence sectors and has also completed work abroad, including clients in Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Egypt, Oman, Singapore and USA.
