Induction Interview Advice
To help you out, we've summarised how to prepare for an induction interview at CSL.
If we feel that your qualifications and experience are suited to our main areas of consultancy work, we would either contact you or ask you to contact us to arrange a convenient appointment for an induction interview at our offices in Stroud. This would take the form of a discussion with our Consultant Relations Associate, in which you will be given an overview of the background of the company and explain the way that we work and you will have the opportunity to detail your skills and experience and let us know what sort of opportunities you are looking for. You will also be introduced to the rest of the team here.
The induction should be seen as a two-way process. It’s not just a chance for us to assess whether you have the right skills or experience; it’s also an opportunity for you to find out whether we are the right company for you. Your questions could give you key answers to help you decide whether you would like to join CSL.
In order to comply with our induction procedures, we would ask you to bring your passport with you for identification purposes and also the names and contact details of 2 referees, at least one of which should be a current or former employer.
In addition, prior to the induction interview, we would ask you to put your CV into CSL format and email it to us.
