CSL Team
CSL has a small number of employees that staff an efficient business headquarters, capable of managing and supporting the Company’s consultancy services. The Company recruited its first permanent member of staff in 1995 and since then the CSL team has grown steadily.
In order to deliver the best solutions for clients, CSL has invested in staff with a wide range of diverse skills, experience and abilities. The CSL team is conscientious, professional, responsible and dependable and CSL values the hard work, creativity and the unique contribution each member of staff makes.
CSL is committed to the continuous improvement of its service provided to clients. In order to satisfy our clients and achieve a high quality service, CSL is dedicated to the continuous training and development of its employees. On 6th March 2002, CSL was awarded the Investors in People accreditation. Achieving IIP accreditation demonstrates CSL’s commitment to developing the knowledge and skills of its own people.
CSL has developed its own well-defined quality management system that is followed to ensure a high quality service guaranteed to all clients at all times. All employees are aware of how the quality management system operates and are expected to understand and abide by these QA standards. In June 1998, the Company gained certification to BS EN ISO 9001:1994 quality accreditation and achieved an upgrade to ISO 9001:2000 in July 2003.
