To become a registered CSL consultant, you will need to contact us by submitting your CV and then attend an induction session at our Stroud headquarters. It is important to understand that we do not normally offer full-time employment; instead we optimise the performance of our freelance consultant teams by careful team selection, efficient business management and careful quality control.
To be a CSL Consultant you will need to demonstrate that you have the necessary skills and experience. Our selection process of successfully matching a consultant's profile with a client's requirement relies on you keeping us up to date with your expertise and availability.
Nevertheless, we are a flexible and resilient organisation, open to new ideas, willing to travel and accept assignments abroad. We are totally independent and impartial, but will work with other companies as lead or subcontractor for specific assignments, and we will never let our clients or partners down. If you work for CSL, you can expect to be paid on time without exception, to have minimal involvement in contractual negotiations and associated administration, and thereby be enabled to do a brilliant job for our clients. To do so, you will have to be a genuine team player, be efficient and self-reliant, organised and communicative, and be really good in your own specialist area.
