CSL is a truly independent consultancy company, using freelance specialists to populate our consultant teams. This ensures that our consultants are motivated to do a good job, thus our clients are well satisfied, and so we gain repeat business, as do our freelance consultants. This virtuous circle works well for all parties, and our business success has been built on these principles.
Our capability centres upon our core function – that of building hand-picked consultant teams for each assignment, organising and planning their work, managing all aspects of each assignment, and ensuring that the quality of the work meets the requirements of the client.
To achieve this efficiently and cost-effectively we have developed, with DW Lyon Ltd (www.DWLyon.com) an in-house capability-to-requirement matching system which enables us to match, quickly and easily, candidate consultants to the need of our clients. We have access to over 750 specialists whose experience covers many disciplines.
The technical experience the Company is able to deploy resides, of course, in its consultants. Unlike many larger companies whose staff are on the payroll fulltime, CSL deliberately adopts a different approach precisely because it offers greater flexibility (and therefore better quality) in meeting client’s needs.
The Company’s services are constantly developing as the business grows, and its access to a wide range of consultants from many disciplines allows CSL to custom-build consultant teams to meet most requirements.
